These terms cover purchase and use of the Matchday Elite and Score Counter Elite apps. They do not cover the PRM Coaching x Analysis remote performance analysis service, which is agreed separately.
Paying the invoice for the app grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices belonging to you or your team, for your own coaching and match-day use. This is a license to use the app — you do not own the app itself, its code, or its design.
The app is delivered via Apple's TestFlight, which must be installed on every device that will use the app. Access is provided once payment has been received and is tied to the number of licences purchased, as shown on your invoice.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or otherwise attempt to access the underlying code or design of the app. You may not use the app, or any part of its code, design, or functionality, to build, assist, or inform a similar product, whether for your own use or for a third party.
Access runs until the date shown on your invoice. Continued access beyond that date requires a further invoice to be issued and paid.
Access may be withdrawn if these terms are breached, including the restrictions above.
Payment of an invoice referencing these terms constitutes acceptance of them in full.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new "last updated" date.
